In a world where you can be anything, BE KIND.
I'm a Learning Experience Designer who creates learning and enablement solutions that build skills, improve performance, and support business goals. Drawing on my background in education and years of instructional design experience, I develop engaging, learner-centered experiences that help employees adapt to change, grow their capabilities, and succeed on the job.
My experience includes supporting frontline employees, customer service teams, field personnel, and operational workforces through instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), eLearning, microlearning, and blended learning solutions. I enjoy transforming complex information into practical, meaningful learning experiences that drive knowledge retention, behavior change, and measurable performance improvement.
My approach combines the ADDIE, SAM, and Agile methodologies with a strong focus on collaboration and performance consulting. I begin by understanding business goals, analyzing learner needs, and identifying performance gaps. From there, I design learning experiences that incorporate real-world scenarios, problem-solving opportunities, and meaningful practice to help learners apply new skills with confidence.
What I enjoy most about my work is partnering with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and teams to create solutions that make a lasting impact. I believe effective learning goes beyond content delivery. It's about enabling people to perform at their best.

When I'm not designing learning experiences, you'll likely find me hiking, reading, traveling, or planning my next road trip. One of my favorite adventures was driving from Pittsburgh to Glacier National Park, with unforgettable stops at Mount Rushmore and Yellowstone along the way. Our recent vacation was in Hawaii. My goal is to visit all 50 states, and every journey reminds me that learning, exploration, and growth go hand in hand.
